Healthy Island Youth Initiative (HIYI) Physical Activity Scholarship

Island County Public Health (lead agency) and  South Whidbey Parks and Aquatics Foundation (fiscal sponsor) have partnered along with the South Whidbey Parks and Recreation District, Coupeville School District and Compass Health to provide scholarships to children and youth whose families may not be able to afford the registration costs of organized physical activities.
